Window Cleaners

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to undertake window cleaning tasks via EWP's and BMU's. The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, but work does range from Joondalup to Mandurah so having a reliable vehicle is essential.

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Working at Heights certification

· Valid Police Clearance within 1 year

· Current Valid Australian Drivers License

· Access to a vehicle

· COVID-19 Vaccination at least 2 doses

Desirable

· Previous window cleaning experience

· High Risk Licence (EWP)

· White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing before employment.

HEIGHT SAFETY INSTALLER

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to undertake the installation and certification of height safety systems. The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, but work does range from Joondalup to Mandurah so having a reliable vehicle is essential.

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Working at Heights certification

· Valid Police Clearance within 1 year

· Current Valid Australian Drivers License

· Access to a vehicle

· COVID-19 Vaccination at least 2 doses

Desirable

· Previous height safety installation and certification experience

· High Risk Licence (EWP)

· White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing before employment.

ROPE ACCESS TECHNICIAN

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to undertake window cleaning, facade inspections, reporting, and maintenance tasks via rope access on multi-storey buildings.

The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, but work does range from Joondalup to Mandurah so having a vehicle is essential.

Skills & Experience

All candidates must have:

Essential

· IRATA level 1 (Must have a minimum of 400 Hours)

· Valid Police Clearance within 1 year of issue

· Current Valid Australian Drivers License

· Own vehicle transportation

· Working at Heights certification

· COVID-19 Vaccination at least 2 doses

Desirable

· Window cleaning experience

· White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing before employment.
